Belia connects your menstrual cycle to your beauty routine — giving you cycle-synced skincare tips, a beauty habit tracker, progress photos, and a budget tracker. It is also fully private with no accounts and no data collection, unlike Flo and Clue which require accounts and upload data to their servers.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Belia mobile application ("Belia" or the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Belia is a personal beauty and wellness tracker that helps you build self-care routines, track your menstrual cycle, log progress photos, manage a beauty budget, and monitor daily habits. All data is stored locally on your device.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Belia. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the App.

4. User Accounts

Belia does not require or support user accounts. There is no registration, login, or authentication process. Your use of the App is anonymous.

5. Free and Pro Features

Belia offers a free tier with core features including unlimited routines, cycle tracking, health journal entries, progress photos, mood and water logging, planner access, and data export. Belia Pro is an optional paid subscription that unlocks additional features including beauty budget tracking, full Insights, before/after photo compare, custom dashboard order, custom theme colors, nav bar tint, priority feature requests from Profile settings, and auto-backup.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Belia Pro is available as a monthly ($4.99/month) or yearly ($39.99/year) subscription. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the payment terms of the respective platform.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Play Store settings.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies. Belia does not process payments or issue refunds directly.

7. Your Data

All data you enter into Belia is stored locally on your device. Belia does not collect, transmit, or store your data on any external server. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Data Loss

Since all data is stored locally on your device, Belia is not responsible for data loss resulting from device damage, loss, theft, operating system updates, app uninstallation, or any other cause. We recommend using the Export All Data or Auto-Backup features regularly to safeguard your information.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App or any part of it
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to circumvent any subscription or payment mechanisms

10. Intellectual Property

The Belia name, logo, design, and all associated content, graphics, and code are the intellectual property of Belia and its creators. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of these materials without prior written permission.

11. Health Disclaimer

Belia is a personal tracking tool and does not provide medical advice. Cycle predictions, phase-based tips, and wellness suggestions are for informational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider with questions about your health.

12. Third-Party Platforms

Belia is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms and conditions. Belia is not responsible for the policies or practices of Apple, Google, or any other third party.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Belia is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Belia and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for Belia Pro in the 12 months preceding the claim.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Belia operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
