Privacy Policy

Overview

Belia is a personal beauty and wellness tracker designed with privacy at its core. We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data. Everything stays on your device.

Data Storage

All data you enter into Belia, including routines, cycle logs, health journal entries, daily notes, progress photos, mood entries, water intake, budget information, appointments, and app settings, is stored locally on your device using an on-device database. No data is sent to any external server, cloud service, or third party.

No Accounts Required

Belia does not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or sign in with any service. There is no user registration process.

No Analytics or Tracking

Belia does not use any analytics tools, tracking pixels, or third-party SDKs that collect usage data. We do not track how you use the app, what features you access, or how often you open it.

Progress Photos

Photos you take or import within Belia are stored locally on your device. They are never uploaded to any server. Photos remain in the app's private storage and are not accessible to other apps unless you explicitly export them.

Biometric Authentication

Belia offers optional biometric lock (Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint). Biometric data is handled entirely by your device's operating system. Belia never accesses, stores, or processes biometric data directly.

Data Export and Backup

You can export all your data as a Belia Backup file at any time through Profile > Data & Backup. This backup can include routines, cycle history, daily notes, health journal entries, spending, appointments, photos, and app settings. Backups are saved to a location you choose (Files, iCloud Drive, Google Drive, etc.). Belia does not manage or have access to your backup files after export.

Auto-backup (available with Belia Pro) saves periodic backups to your device's local storage. These backups remain on your device.

Push Notifications

Belia may send local push notifications for routine reminders if you enable them. These notifications are scheduled locally on your device. No notification data is sent to any external service.

In-App Purchases

Belia Pro subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment information is handled entirely by Apple or Google. Belia does not collect, store, or have access to your payment details.

Children's Privacy

Belia is not directed at children under 13. Since no data is collected, no information from any user, including children, is transmitted or stored externally.

Third-Party Services

Belia does not integrate with or share data with any third-party services, advertisers, or data brokers. The app functions entirely offline after installation.

Data Deletion

You can delete all your data at any time through Profile > Delete All Data. Uninstalling the app also removes all locally stored data from your device.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this Privacy Policy, we will post the revised version on this page with an updated date. Since Belia does not collect any contact information, we are unable to notify you directly of changes.
